International Shipping
Rate is determined by specific country during checkout.
Once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an updated tracking number, which can be used on our « Track your order » page to follow your package's journey to the destination. If your package says that it has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please give your local post office (for USA, don't use the 1-800 number) a call. They have access to exact GPS coordinates where your driver delivered the package, which can help you locate your package's whereabouts. INИTOYOU under no circumstances is responsible for lost or stolen packages once there has been a delivery confirmation for that tracking number we are unable to issue a refund of any kind.
We suggest that the customer open a claim with their local post office, as this may lead to the locating of a lost package.
International Shipping and Custom Duties and Fees
When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring the item into the country, it is your country's sales tax. We cannot declare your package as a gift as it is illegal in the United States. The customer is responsible for any customs expenses.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has been shipped.
